  Try the Physicians Directory http://www.ednf.org/index.php?option=com_sobi2&sobi2Task=search&Itemid=99999999 and I'd try VCU School of Medicine, maybe http://www.vcuhealth.org/? All else fails, there's the Baltimore connection (Francomano, Levy) not too far away from you, but they'r really busy and backlogged, and if you can find a good one, a local doctor is always a better choice—available in emergencies, you can see them more often, etc. I'll ask my sister who lives there, although I don't think she's seeing anyone for the EDS.
