  Just saw your post and my (obvious :)) recommendation is my wife Mari. She specializes in sports therapy including deep tissue massage and myofascial release, but her specialty is ART (Active Release Techniques). She keeps me working/running/cycling/MT B in spite of my sciatica issues. Her website is http://www.thrivesportstherapy.com/ Her practice is just on the border of San Jose and Morgan Hill near Santa Teresa Park. Mari is a recreational runner and I am an Ironman triathlete, but I have learned soo much more from here than from some of my coaches. And she has learned so much from just observing me running and cycling, taking videos and examining. The difference is that she looks at a clients running/cycling form not from the point of a coach on how to change/optimize it, but on how you are built and the limitations you might have. She has now made running analysis a part of her practice for any athlete. If you come to her with a running related issue she will take a video of you running and analyses it with you. If she thinks the issue can be treated with one of her treatment methods then she will recommend a treatment plan. If not she will refer you to a specialist if she can. With Mari you don't have to spend lots of money for a plan you have no idea it will work.
