I dont want to open the phone book and select that way, but I really need someone and it appears I will need them sooner than later!!!!! Anyone happen to know or have a good hook up on attorneys in the area???? (btw - no it is not an unlawful detainer nor is it an eviction. It is a breach of contract, unkempt repairs, inhabitable living conditions, and possibly even a health concern due to mold.
