And honestly I need to be able to function. I am thinking about Massotherapy or Acupuncture, Does anyone recommend anyone?

  I fell and landed hard on my shoulder a almost 2 yrs ago now. Afterwards I couldn't lift my hand over my shoulder. I went to Carol Carlton a Massage Therapist at Carlton Massage Therapy on S. Arlington Rd. in Green 330-899-9998. It hurt like heck while she worked on my shoulder, but the next day it felt back to normal and no pain.
