  Suzanne A. wrote: House is not near main road. Had a text to say arrived. Went straight outside - no taxi! Walked roundback of house - no taxi! Rand and they said they would send another. Sat In house and waited and waited and waited. No text message ( cannot see main road or or back of house from inside house. Rang again - was told will not send another taxi!!! Bad attitude. Have previously been regular customer. Single woman on own . N9w 2200. Will not send another taxi - yet no message 2nd one arrived. Am I meant to see out the back and the Front at same time? Total arseholes.
