  Are you after sublimated printing? If you want the entire shirt to be coloured, that's what you're after. There are a couple of places that do it, but the one I use is called Mad Dog Promotions. There's a setup cost, so if you're ordering more shirts then your cost per shirt will go down, but $50-70 is pretty reasonable http://www.maddogprint.com.au/ This is the kind of thing you get with a sublimated shirt:
