  Abby's Alterations at 6251 S Highland Dr, Salt Lake City, UT (801) 272-1599. I have a skirt that she put a new blind zipper in. She had to match layers of panels and did a beautiful job. It might have been a bit pricey since I have never had any alterations done before, but it was flawless. If I remember, she charged me $20.
