Ever since my daughter started Little Ninjas in the Summer 2013, I was so impressed with the academy that I started training in February 2015. Because of my health, I have some physical restrictions. It has been easy to adapt, get a good work out and not feel that I am disrupting or slowing the class down in any way. Participating at the academy has been beneficial, both mentally and physically. As an added bonus, it is awesome Mommy & Daughter time together. Because of our positive experience, I definitely recommend LMA.
