My parents have this ridiculously tall house that Viking put the gutters on (well, the sides of the roof, not the one over the porch). The guys came out on time, got the job done quickly, no muss no fuss, and no one grumbled about the price. As soon as my parents mentioned wanting to eventually put in a rain barrel the guy made sure we would be able to detach the bottom segment of the gutter drain and had another elbow joint to put there. I think they've had the gutters for a year now and no complaints.
