  Know a good massage therapist? Have some musculoskeletal pain in my upper back/neck according to my doctor. It's causing numbness and tingling in my left arm. He hasn't recommended massage, but I think it may help. The way I must've done it is by carrying my 5 year old son around too long. Sometimes love hurts!
