This large, elegant pool home was remodelled with everything new in 2013.
The family room has a sleeper sofa and a flat screen cable TV with almost 100 channels. From the family room you have open entry to the living room as well.
The oversized pool may be heated. The covered pool area has plenty of room to play and soak in the sun, and there is a seating group for outside dining.
The lanai gives you a chance to hide in the shade, or relax in the sunlounges by the pool. There is a security alarm, for use when children present.
The large master bedroom has a king size bed including an en-suite master bath with double vanity sinks, a large corner shower and bath and a large walk-in wardrobe.
Bedroom two has a queen size bed and a flat screen TV.
Bedroom three has a queen size bed and a flat screen TV.
Bedroom four has a set of twin beds.
All bedrooms have clock radios.
The second bathroom has a shower, bath and vanity sink. Including direct access to the pool.
You will find the kitchen fully equipped for enjoying homemade meals. All appliances are upgraded to stainless steel. The fridge has an icecube maker.
The large dining room has the table set for 6 persons. In addition there is a breakfast table for four, plus three barstools at the kitchen counter island.
The laundry room has a washer/dryer plus ironing equipment. Plenty of linens and towels are provided.
For families with babies you will find a fold out crib and a high chair.
This quality house is also air conditioned, and a great choice for your family for your next vacation.
