offer a authentic wood-fired pizzeria on wheels. Perfect for festivals, events, weddings receptions, private parties and corporate functions.
It all starts with our ‘rolling masterpiece’: The Oven. Our oven is mounted in our fantastic ‘custom made’ van for easy access to your event. Fuelled by low smoke, sustainable hardwoods, the wood smoke adds a delicate flavour to your pizza at a cooking temperature of around 400 Celsius.
Fresh ingredients
The average cooking time for our ‘made to order’ pizzas is less than 90 seconds! Like any artist, our chefs have incorporated their unique tastes and characteristics to a variety of pizzas.
