I have a leak in my roof that needs to be repaired with possible mold damage. Does anyone have recommendations for an inexpensive and reputable roofer and mold treatment specialist? Also I have a slow leak going into one of my bedrooms that's possibly being caused by the shower trap overflowing in the neighboring bathroom. I have been quoted $6000 on the roof and $4000-$10,000 on the leak in the bedroom with mold treatment. I find these prices overwhelming and need help. I would also like to know of any electricians that are familiar with ground wiring for an above ground pool and how much it will cost. Thank you in advance."
