At April-Lily Bakes we only use the finest ingredients; organic flour, free-range eggs, natural seeded vanilla extract & pure butter.

The Menu:
Natural Vanilla - light fluffy vanilla sponge with a vanilla buttercream frosting
Chocolate - finest cocoa sponge (with or without chocolate chunks) topped with a rich chocolate buttercream
Raspberry Ripple - a traditional sponge with a hidden centre of crushed raspberries (or raspberry jam) and topped with swirled pink & white buttercream
Luscious Lemon - lemon oil infused sponge with either a freshly squeezed zingy lemon glaze or sweet lemon buttercream
Spiced Carrot - a moist and lightly spiced carrot cake available with either a simple cream cheese or cinnamon infused buttercream frosting
Chocolate Jaffa - a chocolate sponge cupcake with a hidden orange jelly centre, orange oil infused chocolate buttercream and topped with a mini Jaffa Cake
Apple & Walnut - a fruity apple sponge with buttercream (cream cheese also available)
Cookies'n'Cream - a chocolate sponge with crushed Oreo buttercream and topped with a miniature Oreo cookie
