About us
Naturally fascinated with arts and science, massage therapy became very appealing to me realizing that it was a perfect combination of both art and science. The bonus is that I get to enhance the quality of life of every person I interact with. My passion for massage therapy has been burning for the last 7 years and has not shown any signs of going out. I started my journey off as a chiropractic assistant applying therapy promoting rehabilitation for patients. Working in this environment encouraged me to attend a private sports massage school called American Institute of Massage Therapy. While I attended massage school I started working at Burke Williams Day Spa as a spa attendant and I also experienced front desk. Once I finished massage school, I started providing massage therapy at Burke Williams. After a few years, perfecting and mastering my art, I decided to become a massage instructor at American Career College. it was a way for me to give back to the massage community. Teaching massage therapy and also training the massage department staff of Burke Williams made me realize that teaching is another passion of mine.
After a couple years of teaching, I applied at the one place that I have always wanted to work since I was in school. My dream job was to work at Montage Resort and Spa in Laguna Beach. I am currently working at my dream job and it has been the most amazing experience. As an associate of Spa Montage, I have the opportunity to attend an extra educational program to become ASTECC certified (Advanced Spa Therapy Education Certification Council) While working at Montage, I have also worked at Glen Ivy Dpa Spa in Brea and I am also working at Kelly's Spa at the Mission Inn Hotel and Spa in Dowtown Riverside.
I am slowly working towards opening my own massage school one day. I hope you enjoy my page and thank you for visiting.
