OUR FIT CLUB BUSINESS MODEL:
People are invited to participate and follow along with us in our ongoing fitness challenge.
It's pretty simple. It for all fitness levels, shapes and sizes.
The 24 Fit Club Challenge craze is happening all over the country and even internationally. We want to help our community get healthy!
24FIT Challenge exercise bootcamps are provided as a community service and are run every 4 weeks, as a 4 week program:
This event is provided by our Wellness Coach Team here in Watford to educate the community on nutrition and wellness and to get healthy in a fun, positive environment, with a group of supportive team members, Certified Personal Trainers and Wellness Coaches.
People may join the 24FIT Challenge Fit Club anytime. If they have registered initially at the start of each 24FIT Challenge, they become eligible for the awards and prizes.
Description:
4-week progressive program designed to help you not only physically advance your abilities, but more importantly, mentally expand your mind to greater achievements.
Our team of coaches will be instructing a low-impact, agility, plyometrics, fast-pace aerobic activity.
We offer an athletic-line of products that we recommend to all participants; however, it is not required to take the products to be in our fit program!
Please feel free to bring friends along with you. Everyone is welcome to join us!
