About us
Da Booth is a commercial recording studio located in Port Huron. Just minutes away from the bridge from Canada, and just a few blocks from both Downtown and I-94/I-69. Built from the ideals of Motown, a small, comfortable, yet accommodating and professional studio awaits to help your vision come to life. Our two engineers have over 33 years of combined experience, beat production and producers on site, as well as a full studio band that sessions can be made by appointment.
We offer up to 24 independent tracks of simultaneous inputs and full muti tracking capabilities through our Presonus 24.4.2. We have a warm, analog style preamp and a Avid Eleven rack with amazing digital capabilities as our center pieces. Full midi production with devices from M-Audio. Native Instruments and a beautiful Yamaha Motif XF8. We also have a variety of instruments from Simmons electronic drums, PDP 7 piece acoustic drums. Casio Stage Piano, Line 6 modulation bass, Takamine acoustic and Dean Telecaster. We use Pro Tools 11, but can accommodate other DAWS.
We accommodate all genres in music and commercial voice overs. Our engineers collectively have worked on Hip Hop, R&B, Gospel, Rock, Metal, Rap, Reggae, Folk, Bluegrass and everything in between. We can handle a one man band or a six piece. Rappers, singers and groups. Our booth is perfect for voices, acoustics, amps and drums.
