  Hard W. wrote: the guys he had working at my house did goo work when they worked but this guys cuts corrners all day. hes a crook he had me going in the beginning everything he was gonna do and save me. but when time came he did half of all he promised. he put up sheetrock and no insulation to the exterior walls no ice shield to my roof and lied that he would put in and exhaust fan only to install thr fan halfway and look me in my face and say he did it. and when i confronted him with truth he tells me i dont really need it installed properly the air will vent itself out.... he played games with the pricing giving me multiple invoices and twisting the numbers thinking i wouldnt notive and left the job without finish work being done promising me for 4 months to finish it which i ended up hiring someone else and never went back to him. if youre gonna use him yhou have to micromanage him if its worth it to you be my guest i wouldnt do it again. hes a crook. also he called the town on me so he could go finish other jobs and lie to me that it was my neighbors calling. truth comes out in time. this guy is shady. stay away from him

Currently, we need to attach a handrail to our five stairs coming off our deck.   my wife and I just bought a new house well new to us it was built in 1742, we need some work done, bathrooms, one room we need the whirlpool tup ripped out and a shower installed, as well the toilet and sink replaces, one bathroom needs completely renovated, and the half bath has a soft floor that needs fixes. roof, there are a couple small leaks in the slate shingle roof, kitchen needs new counter-tops and back splashes, and ugly pergo floor replaced with tile. floors, two main rooms need floors refinished, and some of the wood replaced, all carpeting in house ripped up and replaces. one non load bearing wall torn down, maybe more. looking for recommendations for people who can handle this.
