We need our underground sprinkler system fixed. One of the zones is stuck "ON", even when the system is off, and the rain guage doesn't seem to work. Anyone have a good, reasonably priced sprinkler guy they can recommend? Licensed/insured only please - no "handymen".

Check the solenoid on the valve controlling the zone that is stuck on. If not that then check the diaphragm in the valve. It is a Florida state mandate for the rain sensor to be checked on every repair. American Irrigation is a good outfit.
