  I like Dr. Richard Nguyen at Scripps in Rancho Bernardo (858) 605-7894. Thorough, LISTENS to you, and not afraid to order any tests you may need. Calls as soon as possible with results, will also email you. Great young doc with the right attitude. Don't know about insurance, though.
