Woken up by a crash at 2 O'clock to our crash and our ceiling was on the floor. They came out and admitted they installed it wrong and said they would permantley fix it. My husband goes up there behind them to take pictures since we are currently going to sue them, and its "fixed" with bread ties, and rubber bands they moved the drain pan 2 inches. When they came out they had no equipment and asked my husband to borrow tools...... These people should not even be in business.
