  Laura H. wrote: Tom and his son had been to my late mother's house several times and were very familiar with the plumbing system. We needed 2 bathroom sink stems replaced, 1 new shower head, 2 toilets to run better, and 1 shower faucet to be replaced (it had broken into 3 pieces). This was not complicated. He and his son came at 9 am, went out to get parts for over an hour, and returned until about 3 pm. He left having made one faucet handle operate backwards and with the shower faucet, supposedly glued with some automotive adhesive, falling into my hands in the same 3 pieces before I even tried to turn it. He takes no responsibility and will not give a rebate off the outrageous $1,170.00 bill. He was combative and defended his shoddy work. That's why I wish to warn others.
