  Rob P. wrote: My 6 year old destroyed our thermostat for our heating and air conditioning system. No home center carried the type of thermostat we needed, but one call to Steve and not only did I have the thermostat I needed, but he was willing to talk me thru programming it over the phone. He could have easily just insisted on a service call, which I would have paid, but instead just gave me the help over the phone. Extremely nice guy. I would definitely use again.
