  Try Tom Buck 646.1001. I don't know about payments but he is my dentist and very good and a nice guy. Tell them I told you to call. I don't know if it will make any difference but I have gone to him for 36 years.

  Dr. Buck 646-1001. Been to him for 15 years and he's never done one unnecessary thing or missed a problem. Great staff and he's a really nice man.
