  Kimberly G. wrote: Only use this company if you want your jumpy to arrive one hour late, sit flat for an hour because they forgot the blower, jumpy be blown up for five minutes and then collapse on the children because it has a hole in it (they clearly do not inspect the jumpy before they go to the parties. Dangerous and careless!), and have the employee yell at the mom of the birthday girl while she is on the phone with the owner of the company. He was so offensive and cussed at me that men at the party had to tell him to calm down and not talk to me like that! Most disrespectful man I have ever met! And this all at a 10 year old birthday party!
