Normally I'd take this to a tailor/clothier but tuba gig bags are much too cumbersome to get under a standard sewing machine, so I'm wondering if there's anybody around here that can fix it for me. It doesn't even have to be in the Twin Cities proper, I'm willing to drive a fair distance for this thing. TIA

  I’d suggest contacting http://www.hockeyrepair.com/ in St. Paul. They seem to know their stuff about larger than normal zippers. Worth a shot at least! Whoever you do find who can fix this, please reply so others can know too :-)
