I want to tear down my deck and build a very nice screened porch (like Grandma used to have) and have it look like part of the house/roofline. Also a very tasteful portico attached to it. Big project. Will need electrical, roofing, etc. I would like to hire someone that would take care of everything so I'm not contracting each phase.
