WOMEN'S health and fitness: MUMS on the RUN in the Ponds- every Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday at 9:30am This is a class for not just mums and mums-to-be but women we want to get fit, have fun and have some "me" time! Group outdoor training for women only - bubs in prams and toddlers in tow are welcome.

Night OPS Group Training in Norwest every Monday and Wednesday night from 7pm This is a group outdoor training class for MEN and WOMEN who want to get fit, have fun and lose weight!!
