  Am looking for recommendations for a home extension builder without the shopfront prices! We're not wanting to owner build so really need someone to come in and take charge of it from start to finish. Whoever we use needs to be flexible around us using some of our own trades and professional services. The extension includes a new room addition and conversion of our existing carport into the house. Recommendations of someone local to Carramar much appreciated :)
