The bride left in tears so stressed out there supposed to be making her feel good about this experience and they did the opposite. She is really just rude. Then the last fitting we were supposed to pick it up this was the 4th app. we again had to wait 25 min for the dress to still need a bunch of things done. She was supposed to be leaving with it. Well it wasn't done she we had to leave for an hour and then come back. Once we came back the bride tried it on and didn't like the bustle. Again this is her dress she's wearing it not them and If she doesn't like it that's what there , there for. The owner again says well that's just the way the dress is.Well that's funny it wasnt like that before she went in, it was the way it was bustled not the dress. They over book don't give each dress enough time so they rush and on top of that are rude. I asked them if there was anything they could do for price since it's been a disaster and of course the really sweet owner haha said no. Don't go here there are a million alteration places spend your money elsewhere. This cost her $430 for a light weight dress that she had to come back and forth for 4 different times and leave in tears...not worth i

  Y'all know all the great medical people to go to, so maybe you know somewhere great for alterations? I had someone doing some alterations, and she was great, but there's a huge language barrier that the owner's sister can only help so much with. The last time I had something altered, I had to go back twice, and I think I frustrated her because she didn't finish the edges on that piece like she did with the others. They're jeans, and it's inside, so it's fine, but this is a nice coat that was a gift, and I don't want it to get ruined. Someone close to Lakewood and who understands English well, please?
