  Mark...MDVIP, Dr. John Andrew. He and Dr. Cook have been practicing for years in Loudoun County. Dr. Andrew's number is: 703-777-1146. The $1500/year is well worth it. You receive top quality attention and care, a complete physical every year, and both doctors are affiliated with Loudoun Hospital Center. When James was a freshman in college, he developed the Swine Flu. Dave and I drove down to pick him up on a Sunday and I called Dr. Andrew (his cell phone) and asked him what to do since James was not his patient. Dr. Andrew told me to not bring James to the ER since he could get worse and told me to bring James to his office the next morning (Monday) and he would treat him.
