  Placed an order with FTD to deliver flowers to my mother in laws sister, who lives in OK. She didn't get them! They didn't assign the order to a florist. I didn't call a bakery, or a shoe cobbler, or a hair dresser. I called FTD!!!!! Where did I go wrong?
