  Dr. Hillier in Carmel (teeth) 8465221. I've gone to him since I was a kid. Very knowledgable, trustworthy and experienced. I recently switched over to Dr. Brauer who is as good, if not better. His practice/techniques are more updated but he doesn't have as much experience. He is off of Allisonville Road. His # is 585-0005.
