We had NO HEAT, and the extreme cold front was swooping down from Canada bringing the area down into the lowest 20's. We babysit our 17-month old granddaughter weekdays, and NO heat would not be an option with temps in the low 20's. The owner of AFFORDABLE called us right back as promised that SAME morning, and came out by 10:00am to diagnose our system. Within minutes he found the problem and told us he'd be back after buying the new part our unit needed and would have our heat back ON very soon after his return. Scott had a couple other scheduled repairs to take care of also, so he called to tell us as soon as possible he'd return to fix our issue. Well, time demanded him to delay a speedy return, however he again called us and informed us as to why he was running late. He (Scott) kept his good-word to us, and at 6:15pm he pulled in with tools in hand. In short time, he had the new electrical part on, and had our heat blowing out hotter air than it ever had heated like before ever. In 5-minutes, we went from a very chilly house, to a summertime warm home. Oh boy did it feel great...!!! It has worked perfect ever since, and our little baby granddaughter plays warmly and happily on the floor daily, and that blessing is due to Scott, the owner of Affordable Heat & Air being a responsible, caring, and highly skilled business owner, and expert repairman and installer. He was the cheapest price around for a service call, and also was more than reasonable on his labor and repair cost to fix our older broken unit. We are both (my wife & I) are disabled, and Scott I secretly suspect gave us an unspoken discount because of our lower budget, however his prices were so low to begin with, I can't confirm my grateful suspicions stated above. His service was friendly, professional, informative, very reasonably priced, highly skilled, and exceptionally dependable and honest. Thank God for great and professional business like Affordable Heat & Air, and thank you Scott. It is much appreciated what you done for us, and again, we thank you personally, Scott.
