As a customer, we are pleased to tell you that we pre-test all of our itemised parts to ensure they are in good working order before sale.
While purchasing your parts at Next Generation you will receive a free 14 day exchange warranty on defective parts.
Our free exchange policy applies to parts that are returned to the yard, within 14 days of initial purchase, with teir corresponding markings on the part itself. At the point when the part is returned and shown to be defective, you will be offered a replacement part or recive a credit.
** No cash refunds. Credit can be used at any time on used parts and is valid for 30 days **
Please take care in being sure that you have the right part for your application. Such returns would not be covered, our warranties only cover defective parts.
