    HVAC contractor and unit for my rental recommendations. Hi. My HVAC at my rental has two leaks and has a band aid fix for now. I plan to replace the 2.5 ton 30 BTU unit this week. Does anyone have any contractor/installer recommendations? The model I've been quoted is Goodman with an install process of 4790. The unit is two story and 1495 square feet. Thank you. EDIT: the home is in southeast Huntsville and has new tenants in it as of 07/05. I use a property manager

    Had a similar situation. Used North Alabama Power Air. Got a refurb unit with a warranty for half the cost. Still running strong. 256-203-4700.
