She failed to keep her commitments to us. I was promised a sneak peek for both our engagement session and wedding but received neither. She took twice the time promised to send us our engagement session gallery. We never saw an online gallery for our wedding and received no pictures for 2 ½ months. We experienced delays in getting all of our items and my many efforts to check status were consistently met with excuses. Over a year passed after our wedding before we received all of our products.
Our photographer also appeared very unprofessional. Conflicts in her calendar forced us to reschedule both our consultation and engagement photo session. I was asked twice for early payment, even though they were scheduled in the contract. After forgetting to send me my engagement session CD, she arranged to meet several times before finally delivering it. As retribution, she gave us a photo book but neglected to notify us of a delay even though I contacted her numerous times.
Overall, we were completely dissatisfied with Danielle’s service. Looking forward to your special day should be enjoyable, but she proved herself so unreliable I feared she wouldn’t show up for our wedding! After enduring a year and a half of poor customer service from Danielle, I hope others don’t have the same experience.
