About us

I have over 15 years experience working with dogs. I have successfully trained 2 service dogs as a therapy dog.
I can help with many behavior problems such as aggression, territorial barking, leash pulling, running away, door darting/guarding.

I teach you to communicate with your pet.

Do you think your dog isn't listening to you when you yell?
Maybe you simply are not speaking his language.
I can teach you to learn WHAT your pet is trying to say with it's body language.

I do not use big sticks, rolled newspapers or threats of any kind.
I do not use shock collars, spray collars or pronged collars.
I teach you to use just your voice to control your dog, both on and off leash,
at your home, at the park, or just about anywhere.

Why do I come to your house?
Your dog lives with a family, in a home. This is where he misbehaves most often so this is where training is most effective.
Dogs learn by association positive and negative.
I teach your dog to listen in the home environment. If it does not listen at home, it will not listen outside your territory.

What you as a responsible dog owner will learn:

• To understand dog behavior, communication, and use of the senses.
• How to influence dog behavior using conditioning and reinforcement.
• Cure embarrassing habits like barking, jumping up on people, scratching and whining at the back door.
• Create an obedient dog or puppy that will happily walk on leash without tugging, sit or stay on command, and come immediately when called. (Sorry, this program is for canines only. Not children.)
• Solve behavioral issues such as aggression towards people or other animals.
• Set off-limit areas for your dog.
• How to handle a “red zone” case.

Most important...
• To practice the techniques you’re taught. Without practice, there can be no training.
