Worked 20 hours/week, didn't clean up or haul away demo debri, no respect for property and far, far from being honest.Made up extra charges from beginning of project to invoice us 7 months later because he was upside down on job. Spend money we paid for granite countertop but builted us out of more money to get it hoping he would come back and finish the job because we had already paid him $87,500 and project still had a lot of work needing to be done. We finally had to hire another contractor to fix his faulty workmanship and insulate crawl space we were told had been completed besides the undone work. So, thank you very much Moreland Homes for the very disappointing experience of hiring you!
