Dreamstitcher Custom Costume is a Minneapolis, Minnesota (USA)-based costumer Rae Lundquist, specializing in custom-made garments for the Science-Fiction, Fantasy, Anime aficianado or Living History Reenactor. I pride myself in being able to provide the garment you want, from a pattern custom drafted specifically for you.
What I do for you:
Create the garment you want, whether it be from Japanese Anime, Science Fiction, History, or a creation all your own. Each piece is analyzed for form, function an wear-ability, and a pattern custom drafted to you. As far as possible, I approach costume as clothing first, so that it allows you to move as you.
What I don't do:
I don't mass produce garments for sale via mail order or "off the rack". Each garment's pattern is drafted and sewn to fit the individual customer's specific needs. As all the work is made to order, I cannot offer a catalog as such. This site is a gallery of work done, offering a glimpse of what I can and have done.
