  Can anyone advise me on what I need to be do to be legal if I'm renting out a few houses (all in Andalucia) as holiday lets. They're specialist lets for children with mental health disorders and I'll be marketing them in the UK only. Would I need to register as a business in the UK or am I simply an owner letting out a property. All payments will come from the UK . I'm not sure when letting out property becomes a business as opposed to a bit of extra income. Has anyone done anything like this who could advise me. Thanks
