  Christophe L. wrote: I recently setup an appointment with Richard to do my kitchen tiles on the 23th August. His partner came and just looked around, took one of the kitchen tiles and told us that he will come the next day at 7 a.m. He was supposed to do it on that day. I took a day off from work the next day and waited with my wife. Since he didn't come at 7 a.m , we called him. We left him a message, a few texts and still no response. I still haven't received any response from him as of today. I have used him once for one of my properties via mybuilder. He was very prompt and service was good. However, if you don't use mybuilder and just give him a call, the service is usually different. You can text him or give him a call; however, there's no guarantee that he will call you back if your job is small or come by. I wasted my time with him and I hope you guys won't have the same experience as me. I am completely surprised by the positive reviews on his website.
