  I have a 15 y/o nephew that's interested in becoming a pilot. The school end for the year is near here, and I'm trying to find an aviation summer camp here in Jacksonville, fl. Does anyone know of a summer program in this area for him or, have any suggestions? He needs a little encouraging and cofident building and I think I'm the only one thats taking him serious.

  Mr. Lavender, I’m in southern California so I’m sorry I can’t help you with finding a program in Florida; however I may be able to encourage your nephew and boost his confidence at the same time. A very close friend of mine is doing some amazing things with kids your nephews age and even younger. His name is Robin Petgraves and heads a program called Tomorrows Aeronautical Museum located in Compton California. Please view for yourself at www.tamuseum.org and share it with the young man.
