But her customer service is so poor that her talent gets side lined. She has been poor at responding, audaciously proud of her work and shows complete disrespect of someone's time. My second and the last experience with her company was to schedule a BYOB session in May 2016. I had purchased the background in Feb and paid a good $185. I confirmed TWICe that i will be doing this shoot in May with family visiting from India. whhen May arrived , They didnt get back to me on time ( in 10 days) , and when I commented on their poor service they had the nerve to say they were busy. And with this attitude when I cancelled the shoot, they tried to cover up saying they will pay for my amount for the backdrop. this message was 2 weeks ago and I havent heard from them yet. So in short, not only i am out of $185, I was unable to schedule a last minute Photo shoot when my family visited from India. Such a loss! so my advice to people reading this, she may be very good at what she does but she may not at all be able to deliver on time or at all. This company needs a lesson or two in communication and customer skills for sure.
