Hi can anyone recommend an experienced and affordable plumber please? I am writing on behalf of an elderly friend, who lives nearby. Basically she needs a new ball valve fitting in her upstairs toilet, which keeps dripping through the overflow. She has had 'cowboys' quote for new toilet etc but an new ball valve should sort the problem. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks in advance. :-)
