They found the source of the leak and fixed it right away. They recommended a water damage company to help me with the soaked carpet, etc. I would highly recommend this company.

It was from the upstairs tub and a piece of wall needed to be removed to accessible it. Nice guys and took the time to explain everything to me. Happy customer and would use them again.

I called the name left a message.. he returned call soon… turns out the renters had called water company to complain about poor pressure and he was the employee who investigated…. He highly recommended Silvanna to me stating it was a good company, local family owned, did good work with good pricing. I immediately called Silvanna. Office manager Kim was so friendly helpful and amazing, that afternoon a crew called said they were on their way… problem quickly fixed. And price was reasonable … renters texted they were real happy!!! Thanks to Kim I am happy too! I Will use again if I have ANY water issues IN THE FUTURE.
