  Rob, If you can't find an intake manifold locally, you should know that the catalog of Jim Dottling LTD , who is a Falcon-Comet-Thunderbird obsolete parts specialist in Phoenix (www.thunderbirdconn.com), lists both NORS@around $100 S&H, and used@around $75 S&H, 170 exhaust manifolds (both the 60-62 flat gasket type, and the 63-70 donut gasket type). I've been told that the NORS manifolds are made in Argentina, and those that I've seen appear to be a bigger and stronger casting than the original Ford made NOS versions I've come across, and these supposedly solve the common 170-200 manifold warp and leak.
