  Not quite Osaka but a friend of mine is visiting from America at the end of the month and I thought it would be really special to take her to eat at one of the restaurants with platforms over the Kamogawa River in Kyoto! Only I would like to not go bankrupt. Does anyone know anywhere reasonably priced! I know a lot of places have cheaper rates for lunch but I think it will be just too hot during the afternoon so I'm hoping for somewhere we can go in the evening.
