抱持著做給自己和家人吃的態度,嚴選最簡單,最天然的材料 (主要材料為麵粉,水, 天然海鹽以及酵母),不加糖和油 (或少糖少油). 在製作的過程中給與麵團長時間發酵,使烘焙出來的麵包能夠帶出其本身自然的麥香味,甜味及嚼感. 麵包本身絕無添加任何膨鬆劑,改良劑或是人工香料.
Simply Bread’s loaves are simply special as we use the most natural and simplest ingredients (flour, salt, water and yeast) along with long fermentation to bring out the tastiest and natural flavours of the bread. They are hand shaped & baked in small batches each time. Our loaves have no artificial colors, flavours or preservatives.

Annie L. asked:People! Urgent question. Do you guys know where to get awesome loaves of bread?! Non of those soft, little, sweetened asian ones.
