  Looking for recommendations for local landscapers. Need some one-time trimming/ shrub removal, as well as wanting to establish weekly mow, fertilize, trimming contract. I had one company come out, but the " we'll get bk to you in the morning with a bid" still hasn't come thru, and now 5 days later not sure they would be a good match.   http://macarthurlandscape.com/ -- Don does just about everything. He's also a licensed contractor, so he knows what the big stuff as well smaller maintenance work. He's been doing small jobs for me for a few years and is fine with progressing as I can afford projects. My sister moved to BG last year and is also happy with Don's work.
